Becoming an All-On-4 Plus® premium provider means that the dental professional has demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill in performing the procedure and has access to the latest technology and materials to ensure the best possible outcome for their patients. All-On-4 Plus® Premium Providers have spent many hours training with Dr Alex Fibishenko creator of the All-On-4 Plus® treatment.

The All-On-4 Plus® Procedure:

  • Before you receive your All-On-4 Plus® dental implants, you’ll start with a consultation with our clinicians. If you’re deemed a suitable candidate, you can schedule your implant procedure.

  • During the initial part of the procedure, small titanium implants are placed in your jawbone. We use 2 implants in the front and 2 tilted back implants to create a stable foundation for your prosthetic teeth. This minimises disruption to nerves in the jawbone and ensures optimal function, aesthetics, and long-term maintenance.

  • The time required for the All-On-4 Plus® procedure can vary based on individual factors, such as jawbone condition and the need for bone grafting. On average, the process takes between one to three hours.

  • Approximately 24 hours later, you’ll receive your permanent set of replacement teeth, known as Immediate Final Teeth™. You’ll be advised to follow a soft diet to allow the implants to bond with your bone and for your tissue to heal, ensuring optimal results.
